How to Use: Run warm bath, place 1/4 cups into running hot/warm water. Get in the tub, sit back and soak for minimum of 20 minutes. Be sure to relax and take deep breaths to help ease tension. May cause tub to be slippery, take caution entering and exiting the tub.
